My online course
Raising Kids in a Digital World:
Your Social Media Survival Guide
Clarity. Connection. Confidence.
My Course Offers Balance and Peace
The tech world is changing fast, but good parenting hasn’t. What kids need now is what they’ve always needed: clear boundaries, consistent guidance, and strong relationships rooted in trust. Take the course that has helped so many!
That’s where this framework comes in.
Instead of chasing every trend or locking everything down, I help parents create a simple, values-based family tech plan, one that opens the door to honest conversations, sets healthy expectations, and puts parents back in the leadership role.
Activities you can work on together
We’ll pair intentional parenting with practical tools, like screen time settings, app limits, and phone contracts, not to control our kids, but to coach them. Together, we’ll learn how to use the very tools built into the phone to support your family’s goals, not undermine them.
This isn’t about fear or perfection. It’s about raising kids who can think critically, live intentionally, and stay connected to what matters most, even in a digital world.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to be willing to lead.
